LG is back with the announcement of its brand new OLED EX. The company revealed that this television would have an increased brightness up to 30 percent, boost picture accuracy and smaller bezels in finished products.
The method adopted by LG is the utilization of deuterium compounds furnished from hydrogen, which have the capability to enrich the efficiency of each organic light emitting diode.
LG Display’s Dr. Oh Chang-ho says,”With our new OLED EX technology, we aim to provide even more innovative, high-end customer experiences through the evolution of our OLED technology, algorithms and designs”. With thickness reduced by 30 percent and bezel size from 6 to 4 mm on 65 inch OLED displays, LG has worked on quite an advance.
This display tech will reportedly be out to use in all OLED RVs manufactured at Samsung’s Paju, South Korea and Guangzhou, China quite soon. Though none about the exact release date was said, it is predicted to be released mid 2022.
